Trialark — the clinical trial landscape, mapped

Trialark turns the ClinicalTrials.gov registry into an explorable landscape view. Search any disease or drug and, instead of a list of studies, see the shape of the research around it on an interactive globe: which countries run the trials, how far the science has advanced through Phase 1 to Phase 4, whether activity is growing or declining, how many trials are terminated early, who pays for them, how large they are, and how often completed trials actually post their results.

All figures are exact counts read live from the public ClinicalTrials.gov API. Trialark is free, needs no account, and links out to the full registry record for every trial it lists. It is a tool for understanding a research area, not for finding a trial to enrol in, and nothing on it is medical advice.
